- Please allow me 5-7 business days to process your orders!
- There are absolutely no refunds, you can receive online credit to buy another product you would like!
- As of Jan 1, 2022, I will no longer be accepting Apple Pay and CashApp payments. ONLINE ORDERS ONLY!
- Exchange Policy: You have 20 days to exchange your product if it has not been worn. Will be asked to return before receiving exchange for proof of non-wear. Shipping will be covered on behalf of Exotik Blinx by Stacy LLC. Lashes CAN NOT be exchanged if the item has been worn, I will not exchange.
- Pick-up is available. Please understand you cannot pick up your order until you are instructed to. You will receive an email when your order is ready for pickup and will receive pickup address. From that day you have 10 days to pick up your order. After that it will then be available for shipping or delivery, and you will be responsible for the shipping fee.
- Delivery is available for $10 within a 15-mile radius
- If you receive your item and it is incorrect on our part, we will then cover the shipping fees.
- Once your item has been shipped out, it is now in the possession of USPS. I am not responsible for any missing or damaged packages.
- Please make sure all contact and shipping information is correct. This is very important so that we send items to the CORRECT location.
- Standard Shipping is $6.00. Express Shipping is $10.00. Next Day is $15.00. International Shipping is $25.00
